This stationery store was located in the underground station of Onkel Toms Hütte.
The station was (and still is) supplemented by the shopping arcades on both long sides and it was the first shopping center with subway connection in Berlin. The shopping area is known as Onkel Toms Ladenstraße.
In 2020 part of the shops have been burned and destroyed, the stationery store was one of them, so the old sign “Schreibwaren”, that was covered by the new one, due to the fire is partially visible in one picture.
